Based on your input, we provide either a Ballpark Estimate (typically within 1–2 business days) or a Firm Quotation (usually within one week). Firm Quotation: Requires detailed engineering analysis, including multiple design iterations to meet your electrical and mechanical requirements. Our team prepares layout drawings, BOMs, labor instructions, and custom material specs. Operations then verify manufacturability, and Purchasing assesses material costs and lead times from our supplier network. A formal quotation is then issued, including unit pricing, NRE/tooling charges (if applicable), and lead time. Ballpark Estimate: A preliminary cost estimate based on similar designs from our extensive database. This is useful for early-stage budgeting or bid submissions. It does not include lead time or minimum material purchase requirements.

Currently, for our large batches of products, we are used for fully automatic production, from winding to testing and packaging, all in one stop. For custom components we do not offer free samples due to the engineering time and material costs involved. However, standard product samples may be provided free of charge, with shipping costs to be covered by the requester.
